    南瓜百合莲子汤

    主料:南瓜、百合、莲子
    辅料:冰糖
    制作方法:南瓜切块,百合洗净,与适量冰糖一起放入高压锅,加水到没过材料2公分,高火煮到开锅,改小火再煮十分钟即可。
    特点:南瓜、百合、莲子有解暑去火、利尿的功效,适合夏季食用;口感滑腻,味道香甜,既可做粥或汤配正餐吃,也可作正餐之间的甜品;制作方法简单,即使不会做饭的MM也能作出美味的汤。
    注意:糖不要太多,南瓜本身也有甜味,太多的糖会掩盖南瓜的香味;水不要太多,稠一点口感更好。
